Our Qatar Fast Track and Doha Airport Assistance service team has been operating Meet & Assist in the airport for more than 14 years. During that time we have given Airport Meet and Greet service to many hundreds of travellers connecting, transiting, arriving or departing in DOH airport. As a result of our help help they passed through this large and busy airport smoothly, easily and quickly.

We offer Executive and Premium or Elite VIP services for arrival, departure or connection.

Family Service Option

Under a family service offer up to 3 children (aged 2 – 11 years) who are traveling with adults can enjoy a discounted family rate. The cost is quoted case by case, but in general the child rate will be discounted by 50%.  Infants up to 24 months are free (meaning they are not counted for purpose of charging).

Qatar Airport Arrival

On arrival Meet and Assist greeters, who are English speaking, will meet you at the end of the air bridge tube. They will give you full Airport Assistance and will help and fast track you through passport or visa control. After passport stamping they escort you to the baggage and customs area. And of course these Meet and Greet staff will also help find your driver. Or if you booked a connection or transit service, they will assist you check in to your next flight.

Qatar Airport Departure

On departure from Qatar, the Meet & Greet team will contact your driver or be waiting at the agreed drop off place. After welcoming you at the terminal building gate or entrance they will assist you to and through check-in, and will fast track you immigration and passport stamping. After that they will take you to your airline lounge and/or to the boarding gate.

Help for Transit Connections

We give VIP Airport assistance for a transit area connection between two international flights. Our Meet & Assist staff will meet you at the end of the air bridge where you enter the main terminal. They will guide and escort you through transit process. This may include ID and security checks, boarding pass issue, baggage release and all necessary flight transfer procedures. Finally they go with you to your airline lounge, to our lounge or to the flight departure gate.
